We ship all order via USPS from the US, however, please contacts us at email@example.com if you would like to change the shipping carrier.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Once the order has been placed by a customer, we are unable to change the order. However, For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges except for defective or damaged products. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
-Skin Rebirth allows 14 day returns for all products as long as they are unused and in its original packaging. Please send out an email to email@example.com, and a representative will email you a label for free return shipping. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
-Any promotional sales or discounts are final and these orders are not eligible for return or refund.
